Priscilla Rivera heads and manages the Real Estate Department at Steszewski Law.
She handles our real estate closings as well as maintaining close relationships with all of our realtors and clientele.
Priscilla has over 15 years of experience as a Paralegal, focusing on Real Estate and Construction and has an extensive history of understanding and resolving lien and permit clearance matters. She has closed over 1,200 real estate transactions at our firm and her extensive industry knowledge far exceeds that of most. On multiple occasions, Priscilla has cleared difficult violations, liens, open and/or expired permits in circumstances that seem impossible. Most title companies cannot accomplish what she does in this specialized area. Her hard work and dedication are what sets her apart as well the support from her amazing and hard-working department. Priscilla keeps in constant contact and communication with each realtor and contact person on each transaction to ensure a successful and smooth closing. Her charm, customer service driven attitude, detail-oriented work ethic ensure that every client is kept apprised of their transaction status which has contributed to our high success rate and growth and of course satisfied clients.
